General Terms and Conditions

1. Applicability of Agreements

By using Our Services and/or by acknowledging that You have read these Agreements when You register to join and/or by clicking on the 'Submit' or 'I Agree' button when You install any of the software relating to the Services provided via the Platforms or when You register for Your Account, You agree to comply with these Agreements, and You acknowledge that Your failure to comply with these Agreements may result in disqualification, the closure of Your Account, forfeiture of funds and/or legal action against You.

1.1 Before using our website, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By registering a Player Account with the website, You confirm Your consent with the Terms and Conditions.

1.2 These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to the usage of HappyBingo.ph (“Casino”) through related enabling internet, mobile or other platforms by You (“You” or “Player”).

1.3 The website www.HappyBingo.ph ("Casino", "Website", “Company”, "We", "Us", "Our") is owned and operated by HappyBingo.ph, a company registered and established under the laws of Republic of Philippines. Remote gaming licensing and supervision is provided by Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

2. Legality of Use of the Services

2.1 The Casino reserves the right to unilaterally change these Terms and Conditions when such need occurs. We will do our best to notify our players of any significant changes by email.

2.2 You may only use the Services if You are 21 years of age or over and it is legal for You to do so according to the laws that apply in in the Philippines. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age from You and Your Account may be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is provided.

3. Who Can Play / Account / Registration

3.1 The Casino ONLY accepts players located in the Philippines.

3.2 The Casino accepts strictly adult players (the minimal age is 21).

3.3 If we are unable to confirm that You are of the Legal Age, we may suspend Your account. If You are proven to have been underage at the time You made any gambling or gaming transactions, Your account will be closed and bets voided.

3.4 You can open an account with Us by choosing your mobile number and password and entering other information that We ask for on Our registration form. You shall ensure that the details provided at registration are accurate.

3.5 True Identity and One Account: The name on Your Account must match Your true and legal name and identity. You are prohibited from holding more than one (1) Account. We reserve the right to close Your Account(s) if You open multiple Accounts.

4. Fees and Taxes

You are fully responsible for paying all fees and taxes applied to Your winnings according to the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You acknowledge that withdrawals via bank transfers can in exceptional cases be subject to additional charges by the intermediary banks.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

5.1 To play Real Money Games, You will be required to pay 'real money' funds into Your Account.

5.2 Initial Deposit – Players shall post an initial deposit in the amount of One Thousand Pesos (P1,000.00). The initial deposit requirement shall be maintained for thirty (30) days after which the Player may utilize the same at will.

5.3 Casino reserves the right to use additional procedures and means to verify Your identity when effecting deposits into Your Account (e.g., selfie with ID).

Withdrawals

5.4 You can request withdrawals from Your Account at any time provided all payments made have been received and when you have completed a wager amount no less than the cumulative value of all deposits made.

5.5 The player's account will automatically be debited upon submission of a cash out request. It is the player's responsibility to claim his withdrawal or monitor the credit.

5.6 We reserve the right to void and withhold any or all winnings made by any person or group of persons where We have reasonable grounds to believe that said person or group is acting in an attempt to defraud or damage Us.

5.7 There is a minimum processing period of 3 days for the release of withdrawn funds for Jackpot Amounts and Large Sums of Prizes for verification.

6. Fraudulent Activities and Prohibited Transactions

The Company has a strict anti-fraud policy. Prohibited activities include:

  • Collusion with other players.
  • Development of strategies aiming at unfair winnings.
  • Use of Martingale strategy.
  • Chargeback transactions or denial of payments.
  • Creating two or more accounts.
  • Money laundering or criminal activities.
  • Low risk roulette play (e.g. betting equal stakes for both black/red covering 25+ numbers).

If You are suspected of fraudulent actions, the Company reserves the right to terminate Your Account and suspend/cancel all payouts.

7. Dormant Accounts

An inactive (dormant) account is a Player Account which a player has not logged into or logged out of for twelve (12) consecutive months. The Casino reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of Php500 as long as the balance remains positive.

8. Third Party Content & Privacy

Abusive or offensive language will not be tolerated. We may reject or delete any Third Party Content posted by You which breaches these Agreements.

Disclosure of Account Name and Password: You are solely responsible for the security of Your Account name and password. You agree to keep them secret and confidential.

9. Limitation of Liability

YOUR ACCESS TO THE PLATFORMS AND USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE OPTION, DISCRETION AND RISK. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY MALFUNCTIONS, BUGS, VIRUSES, OR ERRORS.

OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY WILL BE LIMITED IN ANY TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD TO THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID FROM YOUR ACCOUNT IN BETS, RAKES AND/OR FEES IN THE SAME PERIOD.

10. Complaints

You are free to contact our Customer Support team via LiveChat available 24/7 or email [email protected]. In the event of a dispute, You agree that the results stored on the server are the final proof and cannot be challenged.

11. Gaming Services Specifics

11.1 Anti-Cheating Policy

Casino is committed to preventing the use of unfair practices, including but not limited to the use of "BOTS" or AI Software. We reserve the right to detect and prevent such usage.

11.2 Unfair Advantage Policy

We prohibit practices such as Multiple Accounts, Collusion, Rating Manipulation, and the use of prohibited programs.

12. Termination

You are entitled to close Your Account and terminate these Agreements at anytime by withdrawing the entire balance and informing our Support. We may terminate these Agreements on seven (7) days’ notice, or immediately if for fraud/breach.

13. Governing Law

These Agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
