Standard Promotion Terms and Conditions Apply
1. Introduction
1.1 The terms contained in this document (Standard Promotional Terms) apply to all promotional offers available through our websites (each a Promotion) and, together with any applicable specific promotional terms, form a legal agreement between you and us. By participating in any Promotion, you are indicating you accept and agree to be bound by the Rules.
1.2 You should check these Standard Promotional Terms and any applicable Specific Promotional Terms before participating in any Promotion.
1.3 In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Standard Promotional Terms and any applicable Specific Promotional Terms, the Specific Promotional Terms shall prevail.
2. Promotions and Promotion Periods
2.1 We may, from time-to-time, run Promotions and these may take the form of bonus offers, prize draws, competitions, contests, leagues, tournaments or other forms of Promotion.
2.3 The period of time during which each Promotion will run (Promotion Period) will be specified in the applicable Specific Promotional Terms.
3. Promotion Communications
3.1 Unless otherwise indicated, participation in each Promotion is open to players from any of our gaming channels but is limited to one per person, family, household, address or organization.
3.2 Unless otherwise indicated, it is intended for the addressed recipient only and cannot be transferred.
4. Eligibility to Participate in Promotions
4.1 To be eligible to participate in any Promotion, you must:
- (a) be twenty-one (21) years of age or older;
- (b) be legally entitled to use our services;
- (c) be a resident of the specific country if applicable;
- (d) have a real money player account;
- (e) satisfy any other eligibility criteria;
- (f) not be an Unauthorized Person.
4.2 New player or sign-up offers are valid only for players who have not previously opened an Account with HappyBingo.ph.
5. Participation in Promotions
5.1 Participation in any Promotion is voluntary.
5.3 Unless otherwise indicated, entry into each Promotion may be used only once.
6. Excluded and Disqualified Players
6.1 HappyBingo.ph ONLY accepts players located in the Philippines. Unauthorized Persons include public officials, military personnel, minors, PAGCOR officials, gaming operators, and banned individuals.
6.2 If a non-Qualifying Player participates, we reserve the right to seek the return of any bonus or prize.
6.3 We reserve the right to disqualify any player who cheats or tampers with the entry process.
Abuse
Abusers are players trying to exploit bonuses/gameplay to gain financially. This includes exploiting bugs or generating turnover without expected losses.
7. Qualifying Deposits
7.1 Participation is subject to making the required minimum Qualifying Deposit unless "no purchase necessary" is specified.
7.2 Transfers between player accounts do not qualify as deposits.
8. Release and Cash Out Restrictions
8.1 Certain wagering requirements or cash out restrictions must be satisfied before a bonus may be withdrawn.
9. Wagering Requirements
9.2 Games at tournament tables or play money tables do not count towards wagering requirements.
9.4 Bets placed on Roulette (black/red, odd/even, etc.) or specific Blackjack games may not count as valid wagers for requirements.
10. Payment of Bonuses
10.1 Real money bonuses will be paid into Accounts within seven (7) days of entry unless stated otherwise.
10.3 Other Exclusions: Abusive bets (e.g. opposite betting on Roulette) will not count towards wagering requirements.
11. Prizes
11.1 Winners must accept the Prize "as is". No cash alternative unless offered by us.
11.3 Prizes will be drawn within the specified timeframe. Cash prizes are paid to the Account.
11.7 The Winner is solely responsible for payment of any applicable tax.
12. Prize Draws
12.1 Winners will be drawn at random from all correctly submitted entries.
12.2 The Draw Process uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) and Unique IDs for entrants.
13. Publicity and Intellectual Property
Winners agree to cooperate in advertising and publicity. You warrant that any submission you make is your original work.
14. Currency Exchange
Promotional amounts may be converted to your Account currency at exchange rates offered by us.
15. Our Liability
We accept no liability in relation to your participation in any Promotion to the maximum extent permitted by law, except for personal injury/death caused by our negligence.
16. Alteration and Termination
16.1 We reserve the right to alter, discontinue or terminate any Promotion at any time.
16.2 The Rules may be modified by us at any time.
17. Definition of Terms
- Balance: The real money balance that can be withdrawn.
- Bonus Balance: Bonus money that cannot be withdrawn yet.
- Active Bonus: A bonus waiting for wagering conditions.
- Wager: To bet.
- Wagering Amount: Amount needed to bet to redeem the bonus.
- Redeemable (R): Bonus converted to real balance after wagering.
- Non-redeemable (NR): Bonus for wagering purposes only.
18. General
18.1 You may not assign rights.
18.6 Disputes are governed by the laws of the Philippines and courts of the Philippines.
18.7 English version prevails in case of translation inconsistency.
